At Apex Wellness, we create relaxing and memorable spa experiences for every guest. We are looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people and delivering excellent service.

Your Role

• Welcome clients and manage appointment bookings
• Ensure smooth front desk and daily spa operations
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Chinese
• Support therapists and internal team members
• Provide attentive and courteous customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Singaporean / PR / LTVP holders
• Presentable and confident communicator
• Able to converse with Chinese-speaking clients
• Positive attitude with strong service mindset
• Experience in reception or customer service is a plus

💰 Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,200

🕒 Rotating shifts: 10am–7pm / 11am–8pm
