Job Description:

  • In charge of preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentations
  • Responsible ensuring the accuracy in documents and emails as well as preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations
  • In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation
  • Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration or relevant
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support / customer service with knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation
  • Letter of Credit knowledge will be a advantage
