Implemented and maintained Microsoft cloud services (Azure AD, O365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams) to support secure IT environments
Administered network security systems (Fortinet Firewall, VPN) and supported infrastructure configuration in compliance with security standards
Oversaw user account management and access control, including onboarding/offboarding and governance of access rights
Supported IT procurement, new site setup, and infrastructure deployment, aligning network and end-user requirements
Provided end-user IT support, asset management, and audit support, ensuring timely issue resolution and compliance with IT policies
Requirments
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure (on-premise/cloud) and service desk support
ITIL and/or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
