HSE Coordinator

• Assist the HSE Manager and/or HSE Officer to uphold WSH regulations, requirements and standards for the designated project, actively contributing to compliance monitoring and implementation.
• Assist the implementation and adherence to the group's Integrated Management System (IMS), actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct timely inspections and audits, and promptly address any identified issues through corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE training in accordance with the established training program and matrix. Include but not limited to HSE inductions, HSE procedures, Emergency Response.
• Ensure strict compliance with Risk Assessment (RA) thorough hazard identification and evaluation, ensuring comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in accident investigations, ensure the implementation of preventive measures, and monitor their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HSE Manager and/or HSE Officer to support the overall objectives and operations of the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in engineering advantages.
• Advanced certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
