Customer Service Representative
- Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.
- Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system
- Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status
- Process export documentation for shipments to other region
- Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)
- Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.
- Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
- Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping
- Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage
- Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
