Senior Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
We are a centrally located headhunting and recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties:
Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective
Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
Other ad-hoc duties may apply
Description / Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration of Management
At least 2 to 3 years of recruitment consultant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
