Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the project business locally and identify and directly target architects and developers for projects.
  • Support local distributors with pricing, catalogues and project specification support.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
  • Assist with market research or other local activities related to market and business development and sales growth.
  • Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the clientele base for the company with focus on the construction sector.
  • Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments.
  • To execute plans and strategies set by General Manager and the company.
  • Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business or any relevant discipline
  • Possess min 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.
  • Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures
  • High level of reliability and personal integrity
  • Experience in the sanitary fittings industry will be an added advantage
