Role Highlights

• Permanent employment with AWS Bonus
• 5-day work week (includes 1 weekend off)
• Competitive Base + Commission (Average Monthly Gross $4000 - $5000)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, high-touch customer service aligned with luxury standards
• Engage clients proactively and support individual sales targets
• Maintain boutique presentation, visual standards, and stock organisation
• Support daily store operations, including POS transactions and after-sales service

What You Bring

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional shopping experiences
• Comfortable working in a sales-target environment
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
