About the Role

The Marketing & Planning Director will drive corporate marketing strategy, business planning, brand positioning, and market expansion initiatives across the Group's businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans. 
• Lead market research and competitor analysis. 
• Build and strengthen corporate branding initiatives. 
• Support business growth and market expansion activities. 
• Plan and manage marketing budgets. 
• Develop digital marketing and social media strategies. 
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple business units. 
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and productivity. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 8 years of marketing and business planning experience. 
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. 
• Proven experience managing marketing teams and campaigns. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience in property, investment, or related industries preferred.
