Operations Director (Property Management)

About the Role

The Operations Director will oversee property management operations, ensuring efficient management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while delivering high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead property management operations and service delivery. 
• Manage property portfolios and operational performance. 
• Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs. 
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA and relevant regulations. 
• Manage vendor, contractor, and stakeholder relationships. 
• Prepare budgets and oversee cost control initiatives. 
• Drive service improvement and customer satisfaction programmes. 
• Utilise technology and AI tools to improve operational efficiency. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 8 years of property management experience. 
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. 
• Familiarity with Singapore property regulations and BMSMA. 
• Professional certifications such as MPM, CPM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience managing large-scale developments preferred.
