Senior Electrician

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experience electrician who can work independently and lead team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating single-line diagrams, electrical testing, and wiring for up to 300 amp Distribution Boards (DB).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs) for electrical installations
• Conduct electrical testing and commissioning of electrical systems
• Perform wiring and installation of electrical equipment up to 300 amp DBs
• Lead and manage a team of electricians on-site
• Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently

Requirements

• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification from the Energy Market Authority (EMA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical contracting or a related field
• Proven experience in creating SLDs and electrical testing
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installation practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
