IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Job duties:

IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation

Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
Verify and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents

Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication

Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
Development and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.

Compliance & Problem Resolution

Keep updated on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.

Requirements:

Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with overseas partners.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm
