Foster a diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace.
Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support career growth.
Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
Performance Management
Oversee performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
Coach managers on performance improvement plans and difficult conversations.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Lead annual salary reviews and benchmarking exercises.
