Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management.

  • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate the impact of people initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Build talent pipelines and develop workforce plans to meet current and future business needs.

  • Optimize employer branding to attract top talent.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

  • Drive employee engagement surveys, action planning, and retention strategies.

  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace.

    Learning & Development

    • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support career growth.

    • Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning.

    Performance Management

    • Oversee performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.

    • Coach managers on performance improvement plans and difficult conversations.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Manage compensation structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and equity.

    • Lead annual salary reviews and benchmarking exercises.
