Home Care Nurse ( ICU / Palliative Trained Staff Nurse) #HYT

Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Home Visits Per Day: Typically 3–4 homes, depending on patient load
On-Call Requirement: None on weekdays

Job Scope:

• Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients
• Manage care plans and coordinate with doctors and social workers
• Support patients and families with end-of-life care needs

Key Requirements:

• Must be ICU- or Palliative Care-trained
• Home care experience preferred
