Job Scope:

• Coordinate appointments, admissions, and patient requests
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients and stakeholders
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and provide service recovery
• Support VIP patient journeys and direct admissions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or customer service/frontline roles
• Comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation duties
