Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with channel partners (e.g. property agents, architects, developers, contractors, and designers)

· Build and expand a strong referral network to generate new business leads

· Manage and grow existing partner accounts to maximize sales opportunities

· Collaborate with internal design and sales teams to convert leads into projects

· Conduct presentations and introduce company services to potential partners

· Track and monitor leads, conversions, and partner performance

· Negotiate basic commercial terms and partnership agreements

· Stay updated on market trends in interior design, renovation, and property sectors

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

· 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B or channel sales preferred)

· Experience in interior design, renovation, or property industry is an advantage

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills

· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

· Comfortable with outdoor meetings and client engagement
