1 YEAR CONTRACT INPATIENT WARD PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (WEST) #HGN

Job Responsibilities

• Ward Operations: Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges. Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system with high accuracy.
• Patient Support: Address ward inquiries, provide updates, and handle requests from visitors, patients, and doctors/nurses.
• Admin & Billing: Schedule follow-up appointments, collect payments, and assist with financial counseling.
• General Assistance: Assist doctors and nurses with non-clinical, ad-hoc ward duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A level
• Able to commit any 5 days in a week, 9am to 6pm & 11am to 8pm
• Some customer service experience
