Temp Executive, Program / Community Engagement Coordinator (Jul - Nov 2026)[WEST] #HZTZ

Working Location: Depot Road
Working Hours: 5-day work week (Office Hours, On-site)
Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 per month

Job Scope

• Support the planning and execution of community events, workshops, roadshows, health carnivals, and engagement sessions.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, materials preparation, volunteer coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide on-site operational support to ensure smooth event execution.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across multiple engagement initiatives.
• Prepare presentation materials, briefing documents, and engagement collaterals.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and tracking of programme participation, outputs, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for ongoing programmes, including screening initiatives and community outreach activities.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining documentation.
• Organise and maintain structured records across community engagements and programmes.
• Consolidate updates and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in event coordination, community engagement, programme administration, or stakeholder management will be advantageous.
