The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for promotingcord blood banking services, handling client enquiries, and maintaining strongclient relationships. The role involves engaging with customers, providingaccurate service information, and ensuring a positive client experiencethroughout their journey.
You will also support lead follow-ups and client retention effortswhile working closely with the team to achieve service and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote cord blood banking services to prospective and existingclients
• Handle client enquiries and provide professional service information
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Support lead follow-up and customer retention activities
• Assist with coordination of client communications and processes
Qualifications
• Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and client engagement abilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
