Job responsibilities:
Organisational development
- Planning & Support (Support the development and implementation of OD plans and initiatives
- Assist in engaging stakeholders, Coordinate activities that reinforce organisational culture, values, and purpose
- Track and support reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes
Planning and execution of OD activities (Change management focus)
- Support the planning and coordination of OD workplans
- Assist in the implementation of OD interventions, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, and follow-ups
- Prepare communication materials and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate training and engagement sessions
- Support development of toolkits and resources
- Support implementation progress and follow-through
- Assist in developing learning materials and interventions
Staff Engagement and Culture Building
- Support the planning and delivery of staff engagement activities and employer branding in collaboration with HR and Communications
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement for leadership touchpoints and team-building initiatives
- Liaise with external partners to support OD-related events and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
- At least 1 year of organisational development experience
