Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa, lead the team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, and business development skills to maintain a profitable and high-performing spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Spa Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism
  • Monitor and enforce company SOPs, service standards, and workplace policies
  • Ensure treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment are properly maintained

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists, beauticians, and support staff
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
  • Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Drive sales of treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer retention

4. Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Monitor customer reviews and service quality standards

5. Inventory & Financial Management

  • Monitor stock levels of spa products, retail items, and operational supplies
  • Control inventory costs and minimize wastage
  • Manage daily cash handling, sales reconciliation, and reporting
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain service and operational standards
  • Ensure all treatments are performed according to company guidelines

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required
