Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong treatment skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for wellness and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, body scrub, and wellness therapies
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, packages, and wellness programs
• Ensure customer comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout each treatment session
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities
• Prepare treatment rooms, oils, towels, and products before each session
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and hygiene protocols
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Record treatment details and customer preferences when required

Requirements

• Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage
• Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness therapies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
