We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to oversee the daily operations, customer service, sales, and overall business performance of our domestic helper employment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail office, supervising staff, coordinating helper placements, and ensuring excellent service delivery to employers and domestic workers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the employment agency
- Ensure smooth processing of domestic helper recruitment, placement, transfer, and deployment
- Oversee work permit, employment documentation, and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Develop and improve operational procedures for efficiency and service quality
2. Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Meet sales and placement targets set by management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional consultation to employers
- Recommend suitable domestic workers based on employers’ requirements
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
3. Retail Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and customer service activities
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and professionally presented
- Monitor appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and documentation
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
4. Staff Leadership & Development
- Supervise consultants, customer service officers, administrators, and support staff
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Prepare work schedules and manpower planning
- Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work culture
5. Recruitment & Helper Management
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and agencies
- Monitor helper arrivals, transfers, training, and deployment schedules
- Ensure proper matching between employers and domestic workers
- Support dispute resolution and replacement arrangements where necessary
6. Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment agency regulations and procedures
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Support audits, reporting, and licensing requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of personal information
7. Reporting & Business Performance
- Prepare sales, placement, and operational performance reports
- Track KPIs and business targets
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Assist management in business development and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in employment agency, manpower services, recruitment, or customer service management preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of domestic helper recruitment processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with MOM employment agency regulations is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic business systems
