Spa Therapist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality wellness and relaxation treatments. The ideal candidate should have good technique, strong customer service skills, and the ability to create a calming and luxurious experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments (body massage, aromatherapy, body scrub, foot reflexology)
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and packages
• Ensure customer comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens
• Prepare oils, products, and tools before each session
• Follow SOPs and service protocols consistently
• Promote spa services, packages, and membership programs
• Build strong relationships with returning clients

Requirements

• Certification in massage therapy / spa treatments (preferred)
• Prior experience in spa or wellness industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and body treatments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
