Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Beautician to deliver high-quality facial and skincare treatments. This role combines technical skills + customer relationship + sales ability, ensuring clients see real results and return regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments (deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, acne care, lifting)
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
• Provide additional services (eyebrow shaping, waxing, basic beauty services)
• Ensure customer comfort and deliver a relaxing, professional experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
• Prepare products and machines before each session
• Promote and upsell treatment packages and skincare products
• Build long-term relationships and retain customers

Requirements

• Certification in beauty therapy / skincare (preferred)
• Experience in facial treatments or beauty services is an advantage
• Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and skincare products
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset (comfortable recommending packages)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
