Food Production Cook

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Food Production Cook to prepare and cook food in a central kitchen or food production environment. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, hygiene, consistency, and efficiency according to company standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, SOPs, and production requirements
• Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, portioning, and packing
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food products
• Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Assist in receiving and checking raw ingredients and supplies
• Support production targets and ensure timely completion of orders

Requirements

• Experience in kitchen, food production, or central kitchen environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
