We are seeking an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations, manpower deployment, customer relationships, and business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational planning, and client management skills to ensure high service standards and smooth operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites
- Ensure services are delivered according to company standards and client requirements
- Plan and manage manpower deployment and work schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance
2. Team Leadership & Manpower Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise supervisors and staff
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
- Resolve manpower shortages and operational issues promptly
- Ensure staff follow safety procedures and SOPs
3. Client & Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Support contract renewals and service upgrades
4. Business Development & Sales Support
- Identify opportunities for new contracts and business growth
- Prepare quotations and support tender submissions when required
- Promote additional services to existing clients
- Work closely with management on expansion strategies
5. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory levels
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of supplies
6. Financial & Reporting
- Monitor operational costs and manpower efficiency
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client updates
- Ensure profitability and cost control across projects
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and industry standards
- Enforce proper handling of supplies and equipment
- Ensure all staff adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience in operations, facilities management, or related industry
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and manpower coordination skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Able to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
- Familiar with equipment, supplies, and operational procedures
Work Environment
- Combination of office work and on-site operations management
- Requires travel between client locations
