Key Duties
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise distributors, EPCs, and end customers in the Middle East
- Drive prospects toward commercial commitment (trial purchases, purchase orders)
- Disqualify leads without credible conversion potential
- Own the full BD cycle: outreach → qualification → commercial discussion → deal progression
- Maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline with defined next steps
- Work closely with CEO on strategy, pricing, and deal structuring
- Represent Organisation at meetings, exhibitions, and partner discussions
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Energy, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in closing B2B deals (Energy/Power Solutions, Capital Equipment, Infrastructure preferred) in Power Generator Field
- Strong commercial instincts, decisive, outcome-focused
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
- Self-driven, independent, culturally adaptable, and willing to travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Middle East market experience is advantageous
