Job Description

Key Duties

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritise distributors, EPCs, and end customers in the Middle East
  • Drive prospects toward commercial commitment (trial purchases, purchase orders)
  • Disqualify leads without credible conversion potential
  • Own the full BD cycle: outreach → qualification → commercial discussion → deal progression
  • Maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline with defined next steps
  • Work closely with CEO on strategy, pricing, and deal structuring
  • Represent Organisation at meetings, exhibitions, and partner discussions

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Energy, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in closing B2B deals (Energy/Power Solutions, Capital Equipment, Infrastructure preferred) in Power Generator Field
  • Strong commercial instincts, decisive, outcome-focused
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
  • Self-driven, independent, culturally adaptable, and willing to travel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Middle East market experience is advantageous
