Architecture Support Officer | Central | Up to $3,500

Duration: 6 months
Location: Maxwell
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm; Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Review and organise building and floor plan drawings in digital formats
• Assist in updating and refining design records to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of planning materials
• Support the team in tracking progress of digitalisation work
• Ensure data is well-structured and aligned with internal guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:

• Background in Architecture, Built Environment, or related disciplines (Diploma/Degree)
• Ability to read and understand architectural / building drawings
• Familiarity with design or drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD) is preferred
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
• Comfortable working with structured data and documentation
• A team player with good communication skills
