IT Project Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
The role requires strong experience in IT project coordination, PMO governance, budgeting, procurement, stakeholder management, and reporting, with a focus on driving operational excellence across technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end IT project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project governance.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Assist in project budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
- Manage project resource onboarding and offboarding while maintaining accurate resource and capacity trackers.
- Support procurement processes, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Statement of Work (SOW) reviews, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Monitor project risks, issues, action items, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare project dashboards, management reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, SharePoint repositories, and reporting trackers to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support the PMO in driving governance standards, process improvements, and other project-related initiatives.
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or Project Analyst roles supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Mandatory experience in managing or supporting Unified Communications (UC) projects, including project coordination, governance, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, procurement (PR/PO & SOW), budget management, and project reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with SharePoint and project tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of PMO best practices and IT project lifecycle management.
