Head of QA (Food Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality leadership and technical guidance to manufacturing plants and subsidiaries, reviewing root cause analyses and driving improvements for significant non-conformance and quality issues.
• Lead and continuously enhance the Quality Assurance framework, ensuring effective oversight of quality, food safety, and compliance risks across the organization.
• Review major quality and compliance issues, drive timely containment and investigations, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented and sustained.
• Oversee the assessment, qualification, and approval of new and alternative raw materials and packaging to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance of product labelling, claims, and regulatory requirements for existing and new products, supporting market expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science
• At least 7 years of experience in Food Manufacturing
• Good understanding of food safety, quality and regulatorystandards
