Associate Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient personnel to join our team as Associate Consultant. This role involves supporting the delivery of projects across various sectors through field measurements, data analysis, technical reporting, simulations, and project coordination. The successful candidate will contribute to both on-site and office-based work and engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct noise and vibration measurements at project sites in accordance with relevant standards and protocols.
• Process, interpret, and analyse acoustic and vibration data using industry-standard tools and software.
• Prepare technical reports, including measurement results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and progress tracking to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Attend and participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present findings and support project discussions.
• Support the use of simulation and prediction software (e.g., for environmental noise modelling, airflow analysis using CFD software etc.)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science disciplines.
• Strong interest in engineering.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data handling and interpretation.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills through report writing, meetings and presentations.
• Adaptable to conduct on-site testing and fieldwork
• Familiarity with use of equipment and software is an advantage.
• A team player with good organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

• Experience with simulation or modelling software
• Prior consultancy or hands-on/fieldwork experience.
• Ease with multiple stakeholder engagements in meetings, discussions, presentations etc.
