Prior familiarity as a recruiter within the built environment matters as the market has a long learning curve. But the role abundantly rewards those who can hold a long view. The compensation structure is generous in rewarding those who perform. While details of the compensation framework are shared at interview, it is our practice to go beyond the market in terms of legality, fairness, and remuneration.

Bayes is deliberately small. The person who joins is not joining an institution, but a practice still being built. That means less process, less hierarchy, and less insulation from the consequences of the work— in both directions. A placement made well is visible. A mandate mishandled is equally visible.
