Senior Broker - Energy and Power

Our client, a leading broking and risk advisory firm is looking for an experienced insurance professional to join their growing team to support clients in the Power & Renewable Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate P&C clients focused on Power & Renewable Energy sector.
• Understand clients’ risks and insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Design, place, and manage insurance programmes.
• Review programme performance, analyse claims, and recommend improvements.
• Advise clients on insurance requirements and obligations.
• Handle policy administration, renewals, invoicing, and premium collection.
• Work with international offices on multinational insurance programmes.
• Support the implementation of global insurance programmes across different countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business efforts.
• Participate in business and team projects when required.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience managing large corporate Property & Casualty accounts.
• Experience in Power & Renewable Energy insurance is an advantage.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of insurance programme design and placement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BCP, PGI and CGI paper is a must

Candidateswith slightly less experience may be considered for less junior role
