Manager/Assistant Director – Investment Compliance

I’m currently partnering with a reputable asset management firm on newly created opportunities within their Regional Governance & Controls team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for: ✔ Strong regional exposure across Asia markets ✔ High autonomy and visibility within the function ✔ Exposure working closely with Fund Managers and other senior stakeholders ✔ Having a strong platform to broaden governance, controls, and investment compliance experience ✔ Leadership and progression opportunities within a growing regional team The role will focus on: • Investment compliance governance and controls • Pre and post-trade monitoring activities • Investment guideline interpretation and rule assurance • Aladdin coding / monitoring oversight • Stakeholder management across Investments, Compliance, and Risk • Process improvement and governance enhancement initiatives What they are looking for: 🔹 Assistant Director • Strong investment compliance and Aladdin coding experience • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience engaging with Fund Managers and regional stakeholders • Governance framework / SOP enhancement experience would be advantageous • Leadership experience is a plus 🔹 Manager • Experience within investment compliance monitoring • Exposure to pre/post-trade compliance activities • Some Aladdin coding exposure • Strong learning mindset and ability to work within a regional environment Open to candidates from asset management / buy-side investment compliance backgrounds.
