Corporate Actions Senior Associate

A reputable financial institution is hiring a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Actions team (up to $6,000 base salary).

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily corporate actions processing across global markets
• Handle events such as dividends, rights issues, stock splits, tender offers, and mergers
• Monitor notices from exchanges, custodians, and issuers
• Reconcile entitlements and payments accurately within deadlines
• Act as key escalation point for complex queries and issues
• Support US tax / QI reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements, controls enhancement, and UAT projects

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in Corporate Actions / Securities Operations
• Strong knowledge of market events and operational workflows
• Hands-on, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Strong Excel skills (VBA / Macros a plus)
