Physiotherapist | Day Rehabilitation

• Plan and deliver physiotherapy rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist.
• Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group therapy in centre-based, community, and home settings.
• Train caregivers and staff on safe mobility practices and functional support techniques.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure holistic care planning.
• Access to supervision, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities
• Exposure to diverse cases across physical, neurological, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Full registration with APHC
• At Least 4 years of working experience in Geriatric Care
