Occupational Therapist | Senior Day Care (Rehab)

Job Description:

• Conduct initial evaluations to determine care needs for elderly admissions
• Implement regular care plan reviews with appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Develop and facilitate group therapy programs tailored for elderly participants
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings for integrated care planning
• Plan and execute group therapy programme and activities for elderly
• Develop occupational therapy interventions for clients with Dementia, Psychiatric illness, Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions
• Evaluate and optimize therapy schedules with complete documentation
• Have knowledge of dementia issues and able to manage elderlywho display behavioral problems.
• Establish supportive relationships with their families and caregivers

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full registeration with APHC
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with disability patient
