Manager | Senior Care Centre [West Region]

Job Scope:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for community care services.
• Oversee service delivery, quality, governance, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, supporting workforce planning and capability building.
• Build partnerships with healthcare, social service, government, and community stakeholders.
• Strengthen integrated care pathways and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, compliance, risk management, and reporting requirements.
• Support programme sustainability, funding initiatives, and organisational planning.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business or relevant
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Working Hours : 5 days, 8am to 5pm
