Physiotherapist | Nursing Home

• Manage and deliver all physiotherapy services for a Nursing Home including initial assessments, periodic reviews, and individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, lead, and evaluate group therapy programs and activities for residents.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute comprehensive Individual Care Plans (ICPs).
• Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers, providing care with empathy and respect.
• Manage residents behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Maintain documentation of all therapy records and residents progress.
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the Nursing Home Manager to support operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Full registration with AHPC
• Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution
