Job Description
- Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Air & Ocean)
- Location: Near Rochor MRT
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + AWS + Commission + Transport allowance/reimbursement + Mobile Allowance + 14 days Annual leave + Medical + Flexi benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry: Freight Forwarding
Main Responsibilities
- Source and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking and existing industry contacts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide responsive customer service and follow up promptly on client requirements.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales on business development strategies.
- Maintain regular CRM updates and submit sales reports as required.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary, Pre-U, A-Level, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably covering air and ocean freight.
- Proven track record in hunting, generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
