Position : Sales Support Officer (BD/ Quotation /Logistics/ Freight)
Location : Henderson Road
Working hours : 5 days / office hours
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Gross up to $ 3500 (Basic up to $3200 + Commission + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Freight and Logistics Solutions Provider
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
Issuance of quotations
Prepare official quotations
Follow up on quotations to clients
Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
Marine cargo insurance application
Create customer's awareness regarding company's services
Requirements:
Possess minimum GCE 'O' level or its equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
Competent in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who can only communicate in Mandarin
