Job Description
- Position: HR & Admin Executive (Payroll / Employee Engagement)
- Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4000 + Bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate with vendors for office services, facilities maintenance, and staff transportation
- Manage pantry supplies, stationery inventory, and staff welfare items
- Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, and overtime processing
- Coordinate training arrangements, registrations, and administration
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with dormitory and service providers on employee-related matters
- Organise employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and company events
- Support HR and administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
