Finance Executive (Full Sets/Audit Reports)

• Position : Finance Executive (Full Sets/Audit Reports)
• Location : Orchard – TripleOne Somerset
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am - 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Up to 16 days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Vessel Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle financial analysis, budgeting, and finance reports.
• Check audit reports and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and internal teams when required.
• Support shipping-related documentation when needed.
• Assist with vessel buying and selling matters. Training will be provided.
• Handle other ad hoc finance and admin duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of Full Sets (Not required to do but must have knowledge)
• Candidates with Shipping/Vessel/Maritime experience will have strong advantage
