Senior Shipping Executive (Import / Export / Cross-Trade)

• Position : Senior Shipping Executive (Import / Export / Cross-Trade)
• Location : Marine Parade - GOOD working environment
• Working hours : 5 Days | Monday to Thursday : 8.45am to 6.15pm | Friday 8.45am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + AWS + 2- 6 month performance bonus + Profit sharing + 14-18 Annual leave + Wedding leave + Wedding bonus + Dental benefits + Long Service Award (cash)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import, export, transhipment and cross-trade shipments.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, permits and related paperwork.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, forwarders and internal teams on shipment matters.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status and resolve shipment issues.
• Support order fulfilment, freight coordination and system updates.
• Maintain proper shipping records and documentation.

Reuirements:

• Minimum Diploma / GCE “O” Level / equivalent qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant shipping, logistics or freight coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience in import, export, transhipment and cross-trade shipments.
• Able to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, forwarders and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or shipping systems will be an advantage.
