Project Director (High-end Landed Properties) – Up to $15,000

• Position      : Project Director (High-end Landed Properties) – Up to $15,000
• Location      : Singapore
• Working hours    : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am to 1pm   
• Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to $15, 000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning and design coordination through execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Set project strategy, objectives, master schedule, and delivery plans to achieve timeline and cost targets.
• Manage full project financials: budgeting, cost control, contract negotiations, variations/claims, and resource optimisation.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory/government agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams (PMs/engineers/site teams) to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WSH/safety requirements, and quality standards; conduct site audits/inspections.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations, conflicts, and delivery issues with contingency planning.
• Drive process improvement and post-project reviews; represent the company in senior-level negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree holder with 10 years construction experience, including 5 years in senior leadership managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and Singapore regulatory/quality/safety requirements.
• Proven leadership in delivering projects on time and within budget; strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
