Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager (Education / EdTech)
Location: Robinson Road (4 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT, walking distance from 2 other MRT stations)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,800 + Travel Allowance
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Enrichment and Education
Main Responsibilities:
Drive business development and partnership growth with schools, enrichment centres, and education stakeholders.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, email marketing, and events.
Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and lead generation activities.
Build relationships with educators, distributors, and regional partners across Southeast Asia.
Represent the company at education exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Support market expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
4–7 years of business development, partnerships, or marketing experience.
Experience in Education, EdTech, Educational Publishing, or Enrichment industry preferred.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to travel within Southeast Asia when required.
