Job Description
Position : Service Technician
Location : Pioneer Road North
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities
Install, commission, repair and maintain company products and components at customer sites
Provide efficient technical support and maintain service quality standards
Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service matters
Maintain proper documentation including service reports and service records
Support sales team in securing service orders
Identify service and sales opportunities within the installed base
Provide product training to customers when required
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent relevant technical qualification/experience.
Relevant experience in electrical or mechanical repair will be an advantage
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to travel to customer sites for installation, servicing and repair work. A valid Class 3 driving licence is required where the role involves driving a company/service vehicle
