Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily HR &administrative operations,including onboarding,confirmation,transfer, resignation,and offboarding processes.
Manage employee records,HR documentation,and support payroll-related administration.
Handle employee resignation and communication in compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Coordinate office administration matters including fixed asset management,office supplies, workplace safety,vendor/property management,and document handling.
Organize employee activities,monthly staff welfare arrangements,festive purchases,and internal events.
Support VIP/business reception arrangements for senior management,CEO,VP,government visitors, and external stakeholders.
Liaise with building management,vendors,and external parties on office and operational matters.
Support ad-hoc HR,administration,and operational projects assigned by management.
