Support in organisation development and workforce management related initiatives to maintain a healthy and sustainable organisation along with the business growth
Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, e.g., attrition, progression, etc.
Conduct deep dive into concerning areas to identify root causes and define remediations, e.g., top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing, etc.
Work collaboratively with other departments and local markets to solve organisation related issues
Implement special projects defined centrally across the region and monitor the outcomes for continuous improvement
Take ad-hoc initiatives or tasks upon business needs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A master's degree is advantageous but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
Experience working on at least two of the following HR topics on Organisational Development, Transformation, Change Management or HR analytics.
Strong problem solving skills with capability to quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
Proficient in HR analytics and reporting with good data sense
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and deal with ambiguity
